Linda Edna Cardellini's parents include businessmen Wayne David Cardellini and Lorraine (Hernan). She was born at Redwood City in California. She is of Italian, German (from the paternal maternal grandmother), Irish and Scottish heritage. Linda, California's youngest child was raised in her home in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a ten-year-old old, Linda was captivated with acting after performing the role of a singer during her school's Christmas play. She continued to do school plays and theater for the community. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. Lily James (born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson on the 5th of April 1989) is an English actress from the UK. Her professional career started in 2010, with the British TV series Just William, in which she studied at London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Cinderella (2015) is her debut film after she was the lead actress in the role of Lady Rose MacClare (2012-2015) in Downton Abbey which was a time-based drama. James went onto portray Countess Natasha Rostova, in the version on television of War & Peace, in 2016 and starred several films. These include the action film Baby Driver (2017) and the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018 and 2021) and the musicals Mamma Mia! and Here We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). Her portrayal of Pamela Anderson in the biographical show Pam & Tommy (2022) earned her nominations for the Golden Globe and a Primetime Emmy Award.
