Shawnee is a native of New York, and is an American actor and singer. Shawnee has starred in many horror films, earning the title "scream-queen". In addition, she has been credited with playing in the Stephen King book 'The Stand'. She's made guest appearances on TV shows like Cagney & Lacey Married With Children, Murder, She Wrote, and ?Players $. The early 2000s the band she was in front of included punk and metal 'Fydolla' Ho and toured together in the US & UK. She was a member of 'Smith and Pyle' a country-rock desert group that included actress Missi Pyle. Their debut album, It's Ok to be Happy, took place on the desert of Joshua Tree. They disbanded the group due to their busy professional lives and acting gigs. Shawnee can play a variety of musical instruments, including the drums, piano and guitar.
