Mary McCormack has a leading character on the TV show 'Murder One.' She is also known as an actress for her work in 'The West Wing.', In Plain Sight. and?Loaded.. Also known for her roles in films, she has appeared in "Private Parts", "Deep Impact", "True Crime" and 1408. McCormack was born to owners of an ice cream parlor and a clinical psychologist. Her family has no connections to the entertainment industry. McCormack attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following her parents' divorce in the year 1990, she enrolled to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. She completed the BA program in Comparative arts. She began her career as a child when she was a part of the stage production of 'Amahl and the Night Visitors an operetta for Christmas. McCormack continued to appear in theatre and ultimately bagged roles both on smaller and big screen. In the present, McCormack is recognized as one of the most flexible actors in Hollywood. McCormack has three daughters along with her husband, producer/director Michael Morris.
